This is an ego to 510 Threading adaptor for use on batteries that have an inward thread like you see on an Eleaf IStick. This inward thread is called a 510 thread. A lot of tanks especially for the smaller batteries of around 14mm in diameter will usually come with an Ego threading like the Aspire K1 or the Mini Protank 3. These adaptors are for use when you need your Ego threaded tank to fit on a battery like the Stick.
